Photo and Media Consent for Summer Camp
Please provide consent for the use of photos and videos of your child taken during the camp for promotional materials.
1. Personal Data Collection & Use
We collect personal information for the purpose of processing camp-related activities, including but not limited to registration, communication, and marketing purposes. We will not use your child’s data for any purposes other than those stated here.
Data collected:
- Name of student
- Photo and video recordings
- School-related data (i.e., camp participation)
2. Consent for Use of Images/Photos
By signing this form, you grant permission for Fiat Lux Language School to use photographs and videos of your child in the following ways:
- Online (website, social media)
- Print materials (flyers, brochures, etc.)
- Promotional content for future camps and activities

- ออนไลน์ (เว็บไซต์, โซเชียลมีเดีย)
- สื่อสิ่งพิมพ์ (ใบปลิว, โบรชัวร์, ฯลฯ)
- เนื้อหาส่งเสริมการขายสำหรับค่ายและกิจกรรมในอนาคต
